KNK’s Crafted Boards make great talking points in the home, with each made with beautiful native timbers. These are either recycled from the by-products of old building renovations (many of them well known and local landmarks), or salvaged timber washed down Coromandel creeks and milled to show off its finest grain.
Distinctive handles and features add character – made from old tools and bits n’ pieces found in second hand stores and old sheds, and are up-cycled and given new life as part of unique art.
Each board is inscribed with the source of the timber, giving you a neat story of origin, and signed off by the artists as KNK.
Each is unique, and while we will endeavour our best to replicate something on request, each one will be different in its own way – with changes in grain, features, and character.
